    Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Artist Community Manager to join our team in a part time position. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a deep understanding of the indie music scene and a passion for building and nurturing artist communities. This role is crucial in helping us create a supportive and engaging environment for our artists, driving community growth and satisfaction.


Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Artist Relationships: Manage ongoing relationships with indie music artists and serve as the point of contact for all queries, responding promptly and effectively.

Recruit and Manage Artists: Recruit a portfolio of indie music artists to enhance quantity, quality, and diversity of the Roadie artist community to align with overall business objectives.

Manage Community Content: Develop and produce content to engage and educate artists about Roadie and artist community initiatives, programs, and events.

Develop Community Strategies: Collaborate with other team members to execute initiatives, programs, and events, including testing new opportunities to increase engagement and adoption.

Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between the artist community and our product team. Gather and relay feedback to help improve IndieFlow’s products and services.

Monitor and Report: Monitor and report on artist community activities, analyze metrics and provide insights for future activations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in community management and/or creator partnership roles, preferably within the music industry or creator economy.

  • Deep understanding and passion for the indie music scene.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content and event ideas.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making is a plus.
